Dashboard Access and KYC/KYB Approval

Initial Dashboard State:

• In the initial phase, the dashboard appears blank with no transaction data displayed. This is because the merchant hasn't yet received any cryptocurrency payments through their integrated payment gateway.

KYC/KYB and Merchant Functionality

1. To access payment gateway integration and utilize the full functionality of the merchant dashboard, KYC/KYB completion is essential.

2. After successful email verification during sign-in, merchants will be directed to the dashboard. You can complete the process by selecting the “Continue” button.

KYC/KYB Approval Process

1.  Once submitted, KYC/KYB documents undergo a thorough review process by MaxelPay administrators.

2. The review typically takes within 24 hours.

3. Merchants will receive updates on their KYC/KYB application status (approval or rejection) within the MaxelPay platform.

4. After approval of the KYC/KYB request, begin integration through our robust dashboard. Upon successful KYC/KYB verification and completion of payment gateway integration, merchants gain access to their personalized MaxelPay merchant dashboard.
