Merchant Sign-In Credentials

1. Email Address: This could be the email address used during account registration chosen specifically for sign-in purposes

2. Password: The password created during account registration.

Merchant Sign-Up

The MaxelPay sign-up form collects information to establish a new merchant account. Here's a breakdown of each field:

1. Navigate to the Sign-In Page: Access the designated sign-in page on the MaxelPay website.

2. Enter Credentials: Input their registered email address (depending on the system configuration) and password in the designated fields.

3. Two-Factor Authentication: If enabled for their account, they may need to enter a one-time password (OTP) received via SMS or Email.

4. Submit: Click the "Login" button to proceed.

Account Type Selection:

• Individual: Opt for this if registering as a single person.

• Business: Select this for a registered legal business entity.

Company Information (Business Selection Only):

• Brand Name: The official name of your business.

• Website: The URL of your company website.
