Active MaxelPay Merchant Account: Merchants must have a registered and verified MaxelPay merchant account with completed KYC/KYB.
1. Blockchain Setting And Token Creation:
With the general settings, users can add their basic details along with their brand name and logos.Β
Merchants can also select the toggle buttons to enable the transaction fee of 0.4% which can be either paid by the customer or the merchant.
Furthermore, with the blocking setting tab, you can select multiple tokens from each blockchain.
2. MaxelPay Wallet Creation and Passcode Security.
During the initial wallet creation process, MaxelPay will prompt the merchant to establish a pin/passcode.Β
After the pin/passcode generation, MaxelPay generates and assigns a unique wallet address for each supported blockchain network to the merchant.Β
These wallet addresses act as the destination for cryptocurrency payments received from customers.
The specific number of supported blockchain networks may vary depending on MaxelPay's offerings.Β
Note: (Visit our Roadmap to learn more about the token updates.)β¨
Track the transfer history with the amount and transaction hash with the timelines.
Once cryptocurrency accumulates in the merchant's assigned wallet addresses, they can initiate a withdrawal process to transfer funds to an external wallet address.
Access Crypto Transfer Feature: Navigate to the designated Wallet>My Wallet section within the merchant dashboard.
Transfer Crypto Earnings: Choose the specific blockchain network and cryptocurrency token you wish to withdraw.Β
Enter Recipient Address: Insert the recipient wallet address on the pop-up under the βTransfer toβ field.Β
Specify Amount: Enter the desired withdrawal amount on the βAssetβ section, ensuring it stays within your available balance for the chosen token.
Transaction Fee Confirmation: Review the applicable transaction fees associated with the withdrawal/transfer.
Withdrawal Initiation: Confirm the withdrawal details and initiate the transfer process.
MaxelPay prioritizes merchant funds security. A PIN/passcode serves as an additional security layer to validate and authorize outgoing cryptocurrency transfers from a merchant's MaxelPay wallet to an external wallet address.
Beyond transferring funds to external wallets, MaxelPay allows merchants to seamlessly transfer cryptocurrency between their own internal wallets associated with different blockchain networks.
MaxelPay offers an alternative method using QR codes for faster and potentially less error-prone internal transfers.
For faster payments, the merchant may leverage the QR code within the dashboard by any device.Β
The transfer amount can then be entered, followed by PIN/passcode verification for authorization.
If the QR code scan is successful and the PIN/passcode is entered correctly, the transfer proceeds.
Access Integration Page: Log in to your MaxelPay merchant dashboard and navigate to the designated "Integration" page.
API Key Retrieval: Locate the section for obtaining your unique secret API key. This key acts as a secure credential for your account, allowing communication between your website and the MaxelPay platform.
Documentation and Resources: MaxelPay likely provides detailed API documentation and resources on the Integration page. These resources will guide developers through the integration process, including code samples and detailed instructions.β¨
(Note: The API Key and API Secret Key are crucial for accepting the payments.)
After integration and connection are established between MaxelPay and the website, you need to add a webhook URL which will lead to a destination page after a successful transaction.
